Foodie is currently out of Luxembourg, relaxing at the Polish seaside. But in order to relax properly, one has to eat. And in order to eat well, I have re-visited this unique restaurant, which sits right at the beach, literally on a dune. The photo does not show it, but sand is just right out there. Delicious Polish cuisine and great fish (ask for each day’s specials). Today’s choice: turbot straight from the oven.
